What methods do you use to ship orders?Updated 6 months ago

Due to the recent increase in issues with USPS, we have added UPS Ground as a shipping option. Pricing is all calculated at checkout for both carriers based on your location, order weight, etc. 

Please keep in mind that certain items, due to weight restrictions, must ship via UPS. Also, if your order qualifies for Free Shipping, you must select this option during checkout. If you select UPS Ground, you will be charged for shipping.  

Along with adding UPS Ground shipping options, we are also adding in UPS Next-Day Air and UPS Second-Day Air. Please note, these are only shipping service options and will not affect our processing times as listed on our website. *As of October 19,2023 and until further notice, UPS is not guaranteeing delivery time on UPS Second-Day options. Please keep this in mind if choosing UPS Second Day Air for your expedited shipping needs.

We are also updating our shipping terms for non-contiguous US locations (AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, and Overseas Military Bases). We no longer will be offering free shipping for these areas. Shipping fees have been determined based on current carrier rates and weight of packages.

Cases of wax must ship UPS, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please be sure to provide a physical mailing address when ordering wax cases. 

Processing times can vary based on current order volume. Up-to-date processing times will always be located in the “announcement bar” at the top of our website. We process orders on business days, Monday-Friday. While we will do our best to follow these guidelines, at times (depending on circumstances and order volume) processing times may be extended.
