What type of payment do you accept?

Do you keep my credit card information on file?

Midwest Fragrance Company does not retain your credit card information for your own protection. You will be required to enter this information each time you place an order.

Do you offer net (30) for business accounts?

At this time, we do not offer this service. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

How do I use a gift card or coupon code to pay for my order?

When you begin the checkout process, you will see a listing of items in your cart and a box designated for a coupon code or gift card. Enter the code in the box and hit Apply. Your code will automatically be deducted from your total.

May I use more than one form of payment on a single order?

At this time, our system does not permit more than one form of credit card payment per order. You may use a gift card or coupon code to reduce the amount due and then a credit card for the balance.

I forgot to use a coupon code! Can you apply it to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to add discounts. However, you are more than welcome to apply this coupon to a future order with us!

I was charged tax on my order and should be exempt. Can you remove the tax?

We are unable to remove tax once an order has been placed. If you wish to be tax exempt for future purchases, please submit the required documentation to our customer service team through our online portal.

How do I become tax exempt with Midwest Fragrance Company?
